We currently offer our program in four locations, Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. The programs include focused modules that generally occur weekly from October thru May. Sessions take place in person and virtually via Zoom.

Through facilitated activities within a safe space, the boys receive support and mentoring that helps to boost morale, build character and bolster a sense of self-acceptance and belonging.
Our boys learn to cooperate with one another and to 'thrive and prosper' within their own social construct and they take that learning into the classroom and beyond. Everywhere in life, our boys are empowered in their self-expression and leadership.

Community-Based Cohort
Currently operating in Brooklyn, NY, we have community-based cohorts that meet on the weekends. This group of boys engages in the same content as school-based cohorts, but does so across schools in Brooklyn and Manhattan areas while meeting in Brooklyn.

Lit Squad Book Club
Meeting once a week, our Lit Squad book club invites students from our four partner states together weekly.

The Lit Squad chooses and engages with an age-appropriate book every few months and our co-facilitators lead the boys through meaningful questions and rigorous reflections.
